Hi there,
I am Jess Lynn (she/her), a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I treat adults ages 19-60 years old who are experiencing issues with their mood and/or having difficulty managing their anxiety. I also have a special interest in helping people who are struggling with obsessions and compulsions.
I have been a registered nurse for 10 years and received my graduate degree from Gonzaga University in 2023. My nursing background is in both cardiology and inpatient psychiatry. I was born and raised in Oregon and enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors, as well as reading and painting with acrylics.
My Approach
My approach is thorough, holistic, and person-centered. I believe in taking the time to truly understand you, which may mean that we don't reach a diagnostic conclusion on the initial visit-these decisions should not be rushed. I consider myself a LGBTQIA+ ally with a trauma-informed approach. I utilize a combination of evidence-based medication, therapy, and natural options tailored to your unique needs. While my focus may often include prescribing medication, it's important to me that we prioritize finding the right approach for you, ensuring an individualized and effective treatment plan.
